Customer Success Specialist

Job Description

  1. Develop and manage client portfolios to follow KPI’s.
  2. Onboarding and training clients.
  3. Maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking about their adoption
    trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
  4. Understand customer outcomes and their business needs, analyze customers
    business data and help them succeed.
  5. Provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience
    through product support.
  6. Engage with customers, create strategies to help customers grow and profitability
    by maximizing value.
  7. Handle customer complaints and requests (being the main point of contact
    between the company and clients).


  1. Logistics, E-commerce & marketing knowledge are preferred
  2. From 2 years experience working with, and managing B2B customers.
  3. From 1 years experience working online sellers.
  4. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills (in Vietnamese & English).
  6. Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.

$US 500++ (gross) and KPI bonus.

Report to Customer Success Director.
