- Develop and manage client portfolios to follow KPI’s.
- Onboarding and training clients.
- Maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking about their adoption
trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Understand customer outcomes and their business needs, analyze customers
business data and help them succeed.
- Provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience
through product support.
- Engage with customers, create strategies to help customers grow and profitability
by maximizing value.
- Handle customer complaints and requests (being the main point of contact
between the company and clients).
- Logistics, E-commerce & marketing knowledge are preferred
- From 2 years experience working with, and managing B2B customers.
- From 1 years experience working online sellers.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (in Vietnamese & English).
- Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
$US 500++ (gross) and KPI bonus.
